About Me.
Sandra Fraser DAOM, L.Ac. is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been a licensed acupuncturist in California since 2008 and runs her private practice at 360 Health Spa in Del Mar.

Dr. Fraser strongly supports the integration of Eastern and Western medicine. In addition to her private practice, Sandra spent over five years as an acupuncturist at Scripps Integrative Medicine Center in La Jolla (arguably one of the most prestigious integrative centers in the United States). In her time there, she worked alongside Western medical doctors, successfully treating a variety of issues, such as acute and chronic pain, orthopedic disorders, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive problems, allergies, and other internal and external pathologies. She has recently expanded her practice to include Esoteric acupuncture treatments, which aim to balance the seven Chakras to create supreme wellness.

Sandra has taught Ashtanga and Vinyasa-flow yoga classes consistently since 2000. She considers it a privilege to have dedicated 20 years to studying yoga under the guidance of her renowned teacher, Tim Miller, founder of The Ashtanga Yoga Center. Over the years, she has accumulated over 5,000 hours of experience teaching yoga. Currently, Sandra teaches at the Bay Club in Carmel Valley.
